Pin up to three buttons inside the chat header that jump visitors straight to a page on your site.
Open your agent's Publish page, then go to the Appearance tab to find Quick links →
What they look like
Visitors see them as small chips in the chat header, "Pricing", "Docs", "Contact sales", whatever you configure. Click one and a new tab opens at the URL you set.
Configure
- Toggle Quick links on.
- Enter a label (max ~20 chars so they fit on one line) and a URL for each row.
- Toggle individual rows on / off without deleting them, useful for seasonal links.
- Save. The change is live the next time a visitor opens the widget.
Plan-gated: Quick links are included on Advanced and Pro. On Free and Starter the controls are locked and prompt an upgrade.
